| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对高压氧治疗患者依从性的影响.方法:将160例进行高压氧治疗的患者随机分为对照组和试验组各80例.对照组给予常规护理；试验组在此基础上给予综合护理干预.比较两组患者的医嘱依从性、并发症发生情况及疗效.结果:与对照组比较试验组患者依从性高、并发症少、疗效好,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:护理干预可提高患者的治疗依从性,提高治愈率,减少并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective ：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods ：160 patients underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group patients were given routine nursing;on this basis, the experimental group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared the two groups of patients with medication compliance, complications and cure rate. Results：Compared with the control group, the experimental group patient＇s compliance was higher ,fewer complications, curative effect was better, two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention could improved the compliance of patients, improved the cure rate, decreased the complications. |
