口腔黏膜白斑临床病理观察

目的 通过分析口腔黏膜白斑的病理表现、临床特点与发病规律,探索白斑癌变发生发展的机制.方法 对病理科诊断为白斑的61例病例进行临床病理资料分析.结果 发现白斑患者男性略多于女性,但两者相差不大;患者以中年人居多,舌、颊黏膜多见;女性及40岁以上患者异常增生多见;白斑癌变率为4.9%.结论 白斑是癌前病变,女性及40岁以上口腔黏膜白斑患者要积极治疗及加强随访.

Clinicpathological features of oral leukoplakia

Objective Leukoplakia was the white lesion and was intend to change in squamous cell carcinoma. We investigate the development mechanism of oral leukoplakia changing in squamous cell carcinoma by analyzing the clinical and patho-logical feathers and the epidemiology of the oral leukoplakia. Methods We reviewed the clinicpathological data of 61 patients who were diagnosed to oral leukoplakia in pathology. Results Strong middle age male prediction in oral leukoplakia and the epithelial dysplasia was usually in the female and the patients over 40 years. Leukoplakia was common in lateral borders of the tongue and buccal mucosa and the cancerization was 4. 9%. Conclusion Oral leukoplakia was the precancerous lesion. The female patients and the patients over 40 years should take an active treatment and were follow-up visited frequently.
