| 摘 要： | 用多普勒二维超声心动图测量286名正常小儿的主动脉瓣、肺动脉瓣、二尖瓣、三尖瓣各种血流参数58项,计算左心室每搏输出量,心输出量和心指数,及各项指数与年龄及心率的相关系数和回归方程。所得正常值可作为判断小儿心脏血流参数的标准。

| Abstract: | Heart blood flow parameter is an important factor to determine the heart function.58 items of the mitral valve,tricuspid valve,aortic valve and pulmonary valve blood flow parameter of 286 normal children aged from newborn to 14 were measured by Doppler 2-D echocardiography SV,CO and CI were calculated.The relative coefficient and regression equation between the heart rates or years of age and 58 items of heart blood flow parameter were calculated.These data could be used as nolmal blood flow parameter in children. |
