摘    要:目的探讨跑笼运动是否对小鼠脑缺血后平衡功能有影响.方法雄性C57BL/6/J鼠59只,制成脑局灶缺血模型后,随机分运动组(n=28),跑笼90d,对照组(n=26)不运动.用修订Drucker方法进行平衡木试验.不同时间组间比较用Frideman检验,不同组间通过数比较用卡方检验.结果运动组与对照组相比MCAO后9Od,总时间在l、8、12mm宽度上缩短(P<0.05);停留时间在1、2、8、12mm宽度上缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05);通过平衡本数量,无量著性差异(p>0.05).结论长期的运动训练,促进了小鼠脑缺血后平衡功能的恢复.

Abstract:Objective To investigate Physical activity effects on the balance and coordination after MCAO. Methods Fifty nine male C57BL/6J mice were divided into Physical activity group (n = 28 ) and Control group (n = 26). Beam walking test (described by Drucker) was performanced after 90 days. Non-parameter test was used. Results The total time to traverse beams and the no movement time in physical activity group mice were significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusion Physical activity in long term can improve foe balance and coordination function after MCAO in mice.
