| 摘 要： | 应用免疫酶法检测阳茎癌和正常男性血清中HSV一2lgG抗体,病人组阳性率72.73％,GMT233.57;对照组阳性率11.50％,GMT49.68,两组有明显差异。提示阴茎癌可能与HSV—感染有关。表明酶联,葡萄球菌A蛋白制剂可代替酶联马抗人lgG制剂,且前者适用于多种动物及人抗体检测、简便可行。

| Abstract: | A total of 233sera from healtly men and patients of penice cancer were tes- ted for IgG antibodies to HSV-2 by immuoenzymatic method. The frequence and GMT of IgG antibodies to HSV-2 from healthy men were compred with those with penice cancer. There was a marked difference in somel groups, as 72.73% of patients with penice cancer had IgG antibodies to HSV-2 with a GMT of 1:233.57, while 11.5% of healthy men had artibodies to HSV-2 with a GMT of 1:49.68.The lesults suggested that there was a possible relationship between infection of HSV-2 and penice cancer. Staphylococcal protein A may be used instead of IgG antibody.to IgG. |
