| 摘 要： | 目的：建立蒙药荜茇三味散中胡椒碱的含量测定方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：C18柱,流动相：甲醇-水（70：30）,检测波长：343nm.结果：胡椒碱在0.03808μg～0.4760μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.40%.结论：本法可作为该药品的质量标准.

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of piperine in Mongolian Medicine Biba-3 powder. Methods： The HPLC system consisted of C 18 colum, methanol-water （70： 30） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength was set at 343 nm. Results： The linear range of piperine was 0.03808μg～0.4760μg, the recovery were 99.2% （RSD= 1.40%）. Conclusion： The method can be used for the quality control of Biba-3 powder. |
