| 摘 要： | 糖尿病的发病机制正在研究中,近些年的研究发现,维生素D及其活性形式1,25-二羟维生素D3除传统的调节钙、磷代谢的作用外,还通过刺激胰岛素分泌和减少细胞因子介导的β细胞凋亡途径,在糖尿病的发生、发展中起着关键作用。

| Abstract: | The etiology of diabetes is under investigation, it has been found recently that vitamin D and its activated form of dihydroxyvitamin D3 still have critical effect in the occurence and development of diabetes through stimulating the serection of insulin and inhibiting the apoptosis of β ceils mediated by cytokine,which is beyond the traditioal role of modulating the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus. |
