枳实和苦参对离体家兔阴道平滑肌收缩作用的研究

目的：研究枳实、苦参对离体家兔阴道平滑肌的收缩作用。方法：取健康雌性未孕家兔，分离取出阴道，观察样品枳实、苦参对离体家兔阴道平滑肌的收缩作用，并用双笔自动平衡记录仪进行描记。结果：枳实和苦参样品均有兴奋离体家兔环行阴道平滑肌的作用，能诱发肌条的节律性收缩治动或加强原有自发性收缩肌条的收缩力及收缩频率。结论：枳实、苦参对离体家兔阴道平滑肌有收缩作用。

Study on the Effect on Rabbit's Vaginal Smooth Muscle Contract in vitro with the Challenges of Fructus Aurantii immaturus (FAI) or Radix Sophorae flavescentis (RSF)

Objective:To observe the effect on rabbit's vaginal smooth muscle contract in vitro with the challenges of Fructus Aurantii immaturus (FAI) or Radix Sophorae flavescentis (RSF). Methods:Choose healthy female non pregnant rabbits, separate the vagina, challenge with Fructrs Aurantii immatrurs (FAI) or Radix Sophorae flavescentis (RSF), observe the effect on rabbit's vaginal smooth muscle contract, and record with auto balance recorder.Results:Both FAI and SRF have the effect of stimulating in vitro rabbit's cycle vaginal smooth muscle, inducing rhythmically compress activities of muscle, or increasing the spontaneous muscle contract intension and frequency. Conclusion: Fructus Aurantii immatrurs (FAI) or Radix Sophorae flavescentis (RSF) has the effect of stimulating rabbit's cycle vaginal smooth muscle in vitro.
