摘    要:目的探讨不同时间缺血预处理(IP)对肝脏缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤的影向及其作用机制.方法采用大鼠肝脏原位I/R模型观察血清中ALT、AST、TNF-a,肝组织匀浆中MDA、SOD、Cat及肝组织的病理变化.结果各检测指标显示IP(5/5 min,10/10 min)能减轻I/R对肝脏的损伤(P<0.05),IP(1/1min,20/20min)对肝脏I/R损伤无保护作用(P>0.05);腺苷受体激动剂可模拟IP的保护作用(P<0.05).结论IP能减轻I/R对肝脏的损伤,过短或过长时间的IP并不能起到保护作用,腺苷在IP过程中起着重要作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of different time ischemic preconditioning (IP) and its mechanism on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Methods:On the model of rat liver subjected to the in situ I/R injury, the levels of serum ALT,AST,TNF-a, the contents of MDA,SOD, Cat in liver tissues and the pathological variation were observed. Results: All of observations revealed to liver I/R injury was ameliorated by IP (5/5 min,10/10 min) (P<0.05),and there was no protective effect by IP (1/1 min,20/20 min) (P>0.05). Adenosine receptor agonist could simulate the protective effect of IP (P<0.05).Conclusions: IP can effectively reduce I/R injury to rat liver, but IP for to much or too little time can not achieve the protective effect. Adenosine played an important role in the course of IP.
