| Abstract: | The department culture construction has functions of guidance, restriction, concentration, inspiring, and radiation, which has significant meaning in the course of researching type hospital construction. To construct the department culture should attach much importance to being on human oriented, strengthening learning, enhancing cohesion, being strict with the regulation and law, highlighting on spiritual culture construction and paying attention to innovation. |
