摘    要:目的探探讨硫酸镁的脑保护作用及对脑外伤后兔血中NOS的动态影响.方法新西兰大白兔40只,随机分为对照组和治疗组(硫酸镁组),采用改良Feeney自由落体脑损伤装置制作重型脑外伤模型,脑外伤后对照组给予甘露醇生理盐水静滴,硫酸镁组则在此基础上给予硫酸镁.分别于伤前(0 h)及伤后3 h、12 h、24h、48 h、72 h、96 h、120h检测血浆NOS.结果重型脑外伤后3小时起,硫酸镁治疗组NOS含量较对照组明显下降.治疗组死亡率比对照组死亡率低.结论硫酸镁在脑外伤后早期(5天内),通过抑制NOS升高而起脑保护作用并降低重型脑外伤的死亡率.

Abstract:Objective To To investigate the protective effects of magnesium sulfate on the brain and dynamic concentration of nitrogen monoxide synthetase (NOS) in the blood of the rabbit after brain injury. Methods 40 New Zealand adult rabbits were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. The severe brain injury was caused by modified Feeney free dropping model. The rabbits of control group were treated with mannitol and normal saline, and except that magnesium sulfate was offered to the treatment group after trauma. The concentration of NOS in the plasma was detected before trauma(0 h) and 3h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 120h after trauma. Results 3 hours after the trauma, the NOS level of treatment group was by far lower than that of control group. The mortality of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate plays a role of protection to brain and reduce the mortality after brain injury by inhibiting the production of NOS .1
