| Abstract: | This paper conducts an analysis on the three-tier-chain commercial model of EYER Groups for ophthalmology under the current situation of healthcare reform,and applies SWOT method in the research on urban public hospitals;besides,based on the experience of EYER commercial model,this paper maps out several suggestions for the development of urban public hospitals. |
