胃底折叠囊状瓣成形术预防返流性食管炎临床研究

目的：观察食管胃吻合附加胃底折叠囊状瓣成形术预防返流性食管炎临床疗效，方法：常规切除食管肿瘤，把胃底向胃内折叠６～８ｃｍ，基底部间断缝合，使翻入胃腔的胃底在胃内形成一巨大瓣膜。距基底部２ｃｍ处行食管胃吻合。结果：本组３２例，术后２７例未见返流，３例少量返流，２例返流较多。结论：胃底折叠吓状瓣成形术，是贲门切除胸腔内胃食管吻合抗返流的一种较理想的术式。

Clinical study on folding of gastric fundus and vesicular valveplasty to prevent reflux exophagitis

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of esophagogastrostomy adding gastric fundus and vesicular valveplasty to prevent reflux esophagitis. Methods Resect the csophageal tumor routinely. Fold 6-8cm of gastric fundus into the gastric cavity. On the fundus thread with an interval. Make the gastric fundus that is fold into the gastric cavity form a large valve. At 2cm parallel to the fundus. routinely do esophagogastrostomy. Results There were 32 cases in the group. 27 of them have no reflux. 3 of them have a little raflux. 2 of them have large quantity of reflux after the operation. Conclusion Folding of gastric fundus and vesicular valveplasty is a more ideal operation method that keeps from reflux with esophagogastrostomy in the thoracic cavity after the resection of cardis.
