中医综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的]探讨中医综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法]颈椎牵引、补正续骨丸口服、针灸治疗、TPD神灯结合止痛散外用的中药透皮技术、天麻素注射液静点。结果]治疗46例,治愈25例,显效12例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为97.8%。结论]综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著。
