活血利水法治疗眼科疾病的临床研究

摘    要:阐述了作者采用活血利水法治疗眼科疾病的临床研究成果,用养阴增液活血利水的生蒲黄汤合猪苓散加减及活血通脉、利水明目的散血明目片治疗玻璃体积血;以活血利水法为主、分期结合分型用药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞;用益气养阴活血利水的自拟方(黄芪、黄精、生地、旱莲草、蛴螬、蒲黄、葛根、茯苓、益母草等)治疗单纯性非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变,或用活血通脉利水明目药物联合激光治疗重度非增生性及增生性的糖尿病性视网膜病变;用疏肝理气、活血利水法治疗开角型青光眼,用益气活血利水之青光安颗粒治疗青光眼手术后患者;用益气养阴、活血利水之复明片治疗视网膜脱离复位术后患者;用活血利水法治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变、中心性渗出性视网膜脉络膜病变及眼外伤;用养阴活血、利水明目法治疗黄斑变性及玻璃膜疣;养阴清热、活血利水法治疗Coats氏病及眼内异物手术后患者等,均取得较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:This article describes the clinical Achievements of treating ophthalmic disease by activating blood and dieresis. The Modification of Cat-Tail Pollen Decoction and Polyporus Powder which has the function of nourishing Yin,increasing fluids activating blood and dieresis and SanXue MingMu Tablet which has the function of activating blood ,dredge vessels,dieresis and improving eyesight are used to treat vitreous hemorrhage.
