阿尔茨海默病记忆减退与脑CT改变的相关性研究

目的 观察阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者的脑CT变化，旨在探讨其记忆减退与脑CT形态学改变之间的关系。方法 采用脑CT检查，结合神经心理学测试，对30例AD患者和30例年龄、性别与之相匹配的健康老年人进行测试与比较。结果 MMSE得分与CT参数中外侧裂宽度和额角指数呈负相关，其差异有极显著性意义（P〈0．01），说明AD患者额颞叶萎缩与其记忆障碍密切相关。结论 利用脑CT检查，结合简短精神量表（MMSE），可从脑形态和脑功能对AD患者做出确切评价，为其临床诊断提供有力的客观依据。

A study of the correlation between the changs of cerebral CT and memory dropping in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Objective To observe the correlation between the changes of cerebral CT the change of memory dropping in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods Cerebral CT and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)were employed to assess 30 patients with Alzheimer's disease and 30 healthy old people.Results There was negative correlation between MMSE scores and width of lateral gap,frontal angle index of cerebral CT,there was significant difference between them(P<0.01).It showed that there was the closely correlation with the atrophy in the frontal and temporal lobes of cerebral and memory dropping in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Conclusion Using cerebral CT and MMSE can offer morphological,functional information which is helping precise assessment of patients with Alzheimer's disease.
