Vitamin E对大鼠实验性动脉硬化的抑制作用

摘    要:作者结合动脉粥样硬化的发病机制观察了Vit.E对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化的抑制作用。结果表明Vit.E在降低血清总胆固醇、血清过氧化脂质和升高动脉壁PGI_2的同时,对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化的病变的形成有明显的抑制作用。并且有拮抗钙的作用,能抑制钙沉着于动脉壁。

Abstract:The inhibitory effect of vitamin E on experimental atherosclerosis in rats was observed.Vitamin E supplement was shown to have obvious effects in decreasing the total cholesterol and peroxided lipids in serum and in increasing pros-tacyclin (PGI2)in the arterial wall of atherosclerotic rats. As a result, the formation of experimental atherosclerosis was inhibited in the vitamin E supplemented rats. Moreover,vitamin E was also shown to have effect on anticalcification, i.e.,it inhibited Ca + + accumulation in the arterial wall.
