| 摘 要： | 目的 总结室间隔缺损(VSD)合并膜部瘤(AMS)的外科治疗经验。方法统计VSD合并AIMS手术118例，合并其他畸形21例。采用切开隔瓣与未切开隔瓣对室缺进行修补，观察术后发生残余分流的情况。结果切开隔瓣致术后残余分流者2．91％，明显低于未切开隔瓣者6．67％。结论手术治疗VSD合并AIMS，应切开隔瓣，修补真正的室缺，可显著降低术后残余分流的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect (VSD) with aneurysm of membranous septum (AMS).Methods All 118 patients had VSD repair under hypothermic anaesthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass. Other cardiac malformations were corrected in 21 cases. The defects were repaired through the incised septal leaflet or un-incised leaflet. Postoperative residual shunt was analyzed retrospectively.Results The rate of residual was 2.91% in incised septal leaflet group, which was much less than un-incised group ( 6.67%).Conclusion Repair of the original VSD with AMS though the incised septal leaflet is a good technique to ensure a complete closure of VSD. |
