| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定龙胆泻肝丸（水丸）中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱，以乙腈-水（12：88）为流动相，检测波长为238nm。流速为1．0ml·min^-1。结果栀子苷在6．08～48.66mg·L^-1的范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为100．20％，RSD为0．53％。结论该测定方操作简单、结果准确、重复性好，可以用于控制质量。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for determining geniposide in longdanxiegan pills （water pills）by HPLC. Method C18 eolumn was used with aeetonitril-water（ 12：88 ） as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear relationship of geniposide was at the range from 6.08 to 48.66ml·min^-1 .The average reeovery was 100. 20% and RSD was 0. 53%. Conclusion This method is simple, aeeurate and well reprodueible. It ean be used for the quality eontrol. |
