| 摘 要： | 目的探讨镍钛合金聚髌器(NT-PC)在治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的体会。方法采用髌骨下缘或内侧弧形切口,整复髌骨粉碎性骨折,利用NT-PC固定骨折端,早期进行功能锻炼。结果治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折94例,骨折均获得骨性愈合,膝关节功能好,优良率100%。结论NT-PC治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,不仅保留了髌骨,又能牢固固定骨折端,便于早期功能锻炼,是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.Methods Make a ruduction of comminuted patellar fracture with an arc incision in the inferior margin or medial of patella,use Nickel-titanium patellar concentrator to fix the frac- ture site and all patients received an early rehabilitation.Results 94 patients of comminuted patellar fracture were treated, All the fractures healed and the function of the knee recovered to normal, The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with Nickel-titanium patellar concentrator has the advantages of not only reserving patella but also fixing the fracture site firmly and are convenient for early rehabilitation,therfore it is the first choice of treatment of comminuted patellar fracture |
