| 摘 要： | 目的通过流式细胞术(FCM)定量测定T细胞上人类白细胞抗原(HLA)B27荧光强度,研究其对强直性脊柱炎(AS)的诊断价值。方法利用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测63例AS患者,38例背痛及腰腿痛患者及47例健康体检者T细胞上的HLA-B27的结果,并进行比较。结果FCM测得57例(90.4%)AS患者阳性,4例(10.5%)背痛及腰腿痛患者阳性。3例(6.3%)健康人群阳性。结论AS患者组的HLA-B27阳性率明显增高,因此应用流式细胞仪检测B27有进一步提高对强直性脊柱炎疾病诊断的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical evaluation of quantitative HLA-B27 detection by flow cytometry (FCM) for diagnosing ankylostomiasis (AS). Methods Sixty-three patients with AS, 38 patients with lumbago and 47 normal peoples were analyzed by FCM. Results HLA-B27 were positive in 57 (90.4%) among 63 patients with AS, 4(10.5%) of 38 patients with lumbago and 3(6.3%) of 47 normal persons. Conclusions The positive rate of HLA-B27 in patients with AS is obviously higher than those of other groups. The detection of quantitative HLA-B27 by FCM can play an important role in the improvement of diagnosing AS. |
