| 摘 要： | 目的：观察活血舒筋手法治疗冻结肩的疗效。方法：选择门诊冻结肩患者60例，采用活血舒筋手法进行治疗。结果：60例患者经手法治疗4周后，治愈55例，好转5例，全部有效；对痊愈的55例患者进行5～16个月的随访，未见复发。结论：活血舒筋手法治疗冻结肩的疗效确切，远期疗效稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of manipulation of promoting blood flow to ease tendon on frozen shoulder. Method： 60 cases with frozen shoulder in out -patient clinic were treated with the manipulation of promoting blood flow to ease tendon. Result： After 4 weeks 55 cases were recovered and 5 ones excellent. All was effective. 55 cases had been followed up to visit for 5 to 6 months, and no one was recurred. Conclusion ： Manipulation of promoting blood flow to ease tendon has reliable effect on frozen shoulder, and its prostecdtive efficacy is lasting. |
