| 摘 要： | 探讨恙虫病并发中毒性肝炎的临床特点：方法：按诊断标准选择病例进行临床分析。结果；本组除了具有恙虫病特征性的临床表现外，同时出现黄疸占２３％出血点和瘀斑点１３％，肝大占７７％，脾大占６３％。ＡＬＴ和ＡＳＴ升高，平均分别为２９５Ｕ／Ｌ和２４０Ｕ／Ｌ。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical features of scrub typhus with complication of toxic hepa titis. Methods:Patients accorded with diagnostic standards were selected and analysed.Results:Jaundice (23%),petechiae or ecchymoses(13%),hepatomegaly(77%),splenomegaly(63%),elevated alanine transaminase (average 295 IU/L) and aspartate transaminase (average 240 IU/L) were seen in these patients besides ordinary clinical manifestations of scrub typhus.Pathogenic and symptomatic treatments were effective.Conclusions:Toxic hepatitis is quite often seen in patients with scrub typhus,and may result in severe lesion of liver functions in some of them. |
