摘    要:为了探讨不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮合酶(N0S)活性的影响,对大鼠进行为期8周的不同负荷的游泳训练,并测定大鼠脑组织中构建型NOS(cNOS)和诱导型NOS(iN0S)活性.研究结果经过8周的运动训练后.90min训练组脑组织中cNOS活性显著高于对照组,而150min训练组脑组织中iN0S活性显著高于对照组结果表明.中等负荷的运动训练可使脑组织中cNOS活性升高,而大负荷的运动训练可使脑组织中iN0S活性升高.从而表明适当的运动训练对改善大脑的功能具有一定的作用,而大负菏的运动训练可产生大量的一氧化氮,影响大脑的功能.可能导致运动性疲劳和过度训练的发生.

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of exercise training on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in rats?cerebrum, constitutive NOS (cNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) activities were measured after 8 weeks swimming training with different loads. Result: After 8 weeks training, the cNOS activity in 90 mm training group was higher than that in control group, while iNOS activity in 150 mm training group was higher than that in control group. The results showed that exercise training with moderate load might increase the cNOS activity and that exercise training with heavy load might increase iNOS activity in cerebrum. It indicated: (1) Proper training had some effects on improving cerebrum functions. (2) Exercise training with heavy load might influence the brain function by inducing the synthesis of nitric oxide in large amount and cause the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue and overtraining.
