| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析99例非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)和87例常规体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术(CCABG)的疗效。方法对186例冠状动脉搭桥术的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果CCABG死亡1例,OPCAB组无手术死亡;OPCAB组在ICU时间、呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、术后住院时间方面优于CCABG组;但两组在死亡率、输血量、术后引流量和肺部感染等方面差异无统计学意义。结论OPCAB和CCABG均安全可行,疗效确实;OPCAB与CCABG相比,在术后恢复上有一定优势,但还不能取代CCABG。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the efficacy of 99 cases underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPACB) and 87 cases common coronary artery bypass grafting(CCABG).Methods Retrospectively analysed the results of 186 cases of CABG.Results There were no operative death.The time of ICU and respirator in OPCAB group were longer than that in CCABG group.There was no angina pectoris after operation in the two groups.Conclusion OPCAB and CCABG are safe,practicable operation to treat coronary heart disease,and have good efficacy.OPCAB compared with CCABG,OPCAB shows some advantages,but can't replace CCABG. |
