| 摘 要： | 本文研究了３２例胃癌根治术后常规化疗的基础上加静滴新鲜血浆同时口服黄芪水煎剂治疗患者疗前及疗后血清中循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ），补体溶解免疫复合物活性（ＣＲＡ）、肿瘤环死因子（ＴＮＦ－α）、可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）的变化。结果表明，治疗后较治疗前ＣＲＡ、ＴＮＦ－α水平明显升高；ＣＩＣ、ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著降低。提示该疗法可降低胃癌术后患者体内封闭因子－－免疫复合物水平，增强细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Effect of fresh plasma and Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch. ) Bge. (AMB) plus routinechemotherapy on sera circulating immune complex(CIC), complex - release activity of complement (CRA),tumor necrosis factor (TNF), soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor (SIL - 2R) in 32 cases of patient with postoper-ation of gastric cancer were investigated. The results showed that thc levcls of CIC and SIL - 2R decrcasedsignificantly, the levels of CRA and TNF increascd markcdly than those of control group after treatment. Theresults suggested that this therapy is able to reduce the level of blocking factor - immune complex and enhancecellular immunobeic function. |
