| 摘 要： | 目的:验证曲池穴治疗慢性荨麻疹的特异腧穴主治作用.方法:56例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分冶疗组和对照组(各28例),两组均口服西替利嗪治疗,治疗组同时配合双侧曲池穴针刺,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效.结果:治疗28天后,治疗组与对照组患者风团数量、瘙痒程度、每周发作次数比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);风团大小及总疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.00).结论:曲池穴具有治疗慢性荨麻疹的腧穴特异性.

| Abstract: | Objective:To verify the specific therapeutic effect of Quchi in treating chronic urticaria.Methods:56 cases with chronic urticaria was divided randomly into two groups.Two groups were treated with the same medicine(cetirizine),but the treatment group was combined with acupuncture qt quchi.The clinic therapeutic effect was compared.Results:After 28 days treatment,symptoms(P<0.05)and total clinic therapeutic effect(P<0.01)of treatment group was significantly improved than that in control group.Conclusion:Quchi point has the specific therapeutic effect in treating chronic urticaria.Author's address:1.Heilongjing University of TCM,Harbin 150040;2.The second hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of TCM,Harbin 150010;3.Hugusi hospital affiliated to Beijing University of TCM,Beijing,100035 |
