| 摘 要： | 为了观察不同剂量的青蒿酯钠在妊娠不同时期给药对胚胎的影响,我们参照Wilson 方法,给妊娠大鼠皮下注射青蒿酯钠。结果表明青蒿酯钠对大鼠胚胎有明显的毒性,特别是在妊娠中、晚期给药。阳性对照药为环磷酰胺。

| Abstract: | Referring to Wilsom's method,sodium artesunate was given s.c to pregnant rats in order toobserve its effect at different dosages on fetal rats at different periods of gestation.The results show that sodium artesunate has highly toxic effect on the rat embryos,especially at the middle andlate periods of gestation.A known teratogen cyclophosphamide was used as positive control. |
