摘    要:目的⑶研究非致死剂量超声对体外培养的人卵巢癌细胞超微结构的影响⒚方法⑶卵巢癌细胞 3 A O 受非致死剂量超声辐照后⒙观察其超微结构的变化⒚结果⑶大部分受辐照细胞形态学变化不明显⒚部分细胞线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂、甚至膜破裂⒙胞浆内出现空泡⒚结论⑶非致死剂量超声可能通过空化效应而致卵巢癌细胞线粒体损伤⒚

Abstract:Objective:To determine the effects of nonlethal dosage ultrasound on ultrastructure of human ovarian carcinoma cell line 3AO in vitro.Methods:3AO cells were exposed to nonlethal ultrasound.Their ultrastructure alterations were inspected and compared with cells sham irradiated.Results:No significant ultrastructure alterations in most cells were observed,although swollen mitochondria,fractured ridge,even ruptured membrane and cytoplasmic cavitations appeared in some irradiated cells.Conclusion:Nonlethal dosage ultrasound could lead mitochondria damage to ovarian carcinoma by cells cavitation.
