冠心病患者血液流变指标观察

为了探讨中老年冠心病患者的血流变指标变化。用 Ｌ—１００型血流 变仪对年龄在５０～６５岁问的５９名患者与１００名健康人进行测定。结呆表明，冠心 病患者全血、血浆粘度增加，红细胞电泳速度减慢。提示临床可采用活血降粘疗法， 对防治冠心病有一定的临床意义。

STUDY OF HEM ORHEOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Hemoerheological parameters of 59 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were detected, and comparison of patients and healthy persons were assayed. The result showed that whole blood viscosity, plasmic viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased markedly. But electrophoresis time of red blood cells were prolonged. There were significant differences between CHDS and healthy persons in 6 parameters (P<0. 05). Prevention and treatment of CHDS may be observed with hemorheological parameters.
