急性缺血性脑卒中临床血液流变学特征分析

对８５例急性缺血性脑卒中患者组治疗前后和１００ 例对照组的血液 流变学１７项指标检测，结果发现：急性缺血性脑卒中患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、 全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时 间、上细胞刚性指数、体外血栓（长度、湿重、干重）、血小板粘附、止小板聚桑、纤维 蛋白原等 １７ 项指标与对照组比较显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。８５例患者经精 制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗后与治疗前相比血液流变学各项指标均有显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５， Ｐ＜０．０１）．治疗后与对照组相比，除全血还原粘度和红细胞电泳时间以外的指标 都达到或接近正常水平．说明急性缺血性脑卒中患者的血流变各项指标均有显著 增高，治疗后会有明显改善。

HEMOORHEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF ACUTE ISCEIEMIC CEREBRAL APOPLEXY IN CLINICS

Seventeen indexes of hemorheology were observed in 85 patieats with acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy before and after treatment. And 100 healthy persons were assigned to control group. The sesults showed there were a marked elevation of the 17 indexes in the patients campared with nomal control (P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). After treating by purified ahalys antibarctasum, there were a marked decrease of indexes for the 85 patients except for whole blood reduced viscosity and erythrocyte electrophoretic time.
