大脑前动脉近侧段发育不全的病理学研究

摘    要:手术显微镜下(X10—16)对成人脑标本11的一例大脑前动脉近侧 段发育不全和 6例正常形态之 Willis环前部观察,采用 HE、V.G、Gomori氏和醛 品红等四种染色法对每例颈内动脉分叉处,大脑前动脉与前交通动脉交界处及大 脑前动脉近侧段中段共14个部位进行病理组织学研究.结果表明:(1)结缔组织变 化在优势侧明显大于发育不全侧和对照组两侧.(2)血液液动力学变化与血管壁组 织结构的病理变化密切相关.病理变化最显著之处存在于血液动力学变化最大的 部位.

Abstract:17 specimens of the anterior part of the circle of Willis, 11 cases of which with hypoplasia of the proximal segment (Al )of the anterior cerebral artery (mild hypoplasis in 5 cases and extreme hypoplasia in 6 cases) and 6 cases of which with normal form,have been observed under the operative microscope (X 10- 16). 14 segments in the in- ternal carotid bifurcation, the anterior cerebral artery /anterior communication artery junction and the middle segment of Al of each circle of Willis were studied with hem - atoxylin - eosin,aldehyde fuchsin, Van Gieson's and Gomri's stainings. The results showed: (1) the connective tissue changes are significantly larger on the dominant side than on the hypoplastic side and the bilateral of the control series. (2)Unilateral hypoplasia of Al indu- ced prominent change in hemodynamics. There was correspondence between the changes in hemodynemics and pathology.
