| 摘 要： | 目的:研究颊粘膜鳞癌细胞凋亡发生情况,并分析其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:采用末端脱氧核苷酰转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测凋亡细胞,计算凋亡指数。结果:本组34例颊癌标本均有凋亡细胞发生,凋亡指数范围为0.12～0.92,均值0.38,凋亡指数与病理学分级之间有关(P<0.01),而与临床分期及颈淋巴结转移无统计学意义(P>0.05);生存率单因素分析未能揭示凋亡指数高低影响颊癌预后(P>0.05)。结论:颊癌细胞凋亡的发生与分化恶性程度有关,但凋亡指数不能作为颊癌的预后指标

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relation between apoptosis and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma(BMSC).Methods:Apoptotic cells were detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) in 34 BMSC cases; the percentages of apoptotic cells among tumor cells were calculated as apoptotic index(AI).Results: Apoptosis occured in 100% of the cases. AI was 0.38 and was significantly correlated with pathological grade( P >0.01), but not with clinical stage and neck lymph node metastasis( P <0.05). In survival analysis, no correlation were found between AI and prognosis of BMSC( P >0.05). Conclusion:The incidence of apoptosis is related to the malignant degree of BMSC, however, AI may has no prognostic value. |
