浅谈恶性肿瘤年轻患者首次住院的心理护理

目的探讨恶性肿瘤年轻患者在首次住院时,及早对其进行心理护理的作用。方法联合本院的心理科医师对57例癌症年轻患者进行心理分析、心理评估,判断患者存在的不良心理状况,对其进行相应的护理措施。结果 57例患者入院时存在的一种或多种不良心理状态,经护理心理干预后,症状改善,前后比较,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义。结论精神心理健康是恶性肿瘤年轻患者取得良好治疗效果和康复的重要保证,及早对首次住院的恶性肿瘤年轻患者进行心理护理,使其更容易渡过生理和心理的不适应期。

On the Psychological Nursing of First-admitted Young Patients with Malignant Tumors

Objective To investigate the psychological disorder in first-admitted young patients with malignant tumors and evaluate the effect of early psychology nursing on improving psychological disorder.Methods 57 young patients with malignant tumors were enrolled in our department,psychological analysis and psychological assessment were used to evaluate the existence of the poor psychological state of patients,corresponding nursing was implemented.Results 57 patients on admission had one or more adverse psychological state,after psychological intervention,symptoms were improved,by the χ2 test,the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment.Conclusion Psychological health is the important guarantee of good treatment and rehabilitation for young patients with malignant tumors,they shoule be implemted the psychosocial nursing,making it easier to overcome physical and psychological inadaptive period.
