| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清晚期氧化蛋白产物水平在急性心肌梗死中的意义。方法:选择急性心肌梗死患者共50例,稳定型心绞痛50例,正常对照组40例;采用分光光度计法检测所有入选者的血清晚期氧化蛋白产物浓度。结果:两组冠心病患者血清晚期氧化蛋白产物水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),急性心肌梗死组血清晚期氧化蛋白产物水平高于稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.05)。结论:血清晚期氧化蛋白产物与急性心肌梗死的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum concentration of advanced oxidation protein products in acute myocardial infarction. Methods The serum concentrations of advanced oxidation protein products were measured with spectrophotometer in 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI group) and in 50 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group) as well as 40 normal subjects.Results The serum levels of advanced oxidation protein products were significantly higher in AMI and SAP groups than those in control group(P<0.05),which were higher in AMI group than in SAP group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between advanced oxidation protein products and acute myocardial infarction. |
