摘    要:目的 研究用于放射性物质大气排放环境影响评价的通用传输模式及剂量估算软件。方法 基于IAEA安全丛书No.19中的大气传输模式及剂量估算方法,通过Microsoft Access软件建立参数数据库,采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0软件完成相关参数数据的调用和传输模式及剂量估算方法计算机化,编写放射性核素大气传输模式及剂量估算应用软件。结果 利用该软件能快速地进行空气中放射性核素活度浓度及公众所受有效剂量的估算。结论 该软件提供了一种快速评估放射性核素大气排放情况下空气活度浓度和关键人群个体所受剂量的方法,可用于常规或核与辐射突发事件情况下空气中放射性核素浓度和剂量的快速估算,也可用于环境辐射监管的筛选计算和评价。

Abstract:Objective To develop the software for the assessment of radionuclide concentration and doses from atmospheric dispersion. Methods Based on procedures for radionuclide atmospheric dispersion and dose assessment in IAEA publications (safety series reports No. 19), a parameter database was constructed using Microsoft Access, and the dispersion model and dose assessment methods were computerized using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, then we got the dose assessment software for radionuclide atmospheric dispersion. Results Atmospheric radionuclide concentration and public effective dose in a year could be estimated rapidly with the present software. Conclusion The present software provides a practical and rapid tool for evaluation and assessment the influence of radionuclide atmospheric dispersion, which can be used in the evaluation of atmospheric radionuclide concentration in routine monitoring or nuclides/radiological emergency, and also can be used as the screening evaluation in environmental surveillance.
