2004-2009年广东省血吸虫病疫情分析

目的分析2004-2009年广东省血吸虫病疫情,为制定今后防控方案提供科学依据。方法根据全国和广东省血吸虫病巩固监测方案,在原疫区对钉螺和传染源进行同步监测,对全省2004-2009年的监测情况进行统计分析。结果 2004-2009年全省共查螺927.45 hm2,未查获活螺。复查历史病人2 679人,未发现慢性或晚期病例。低年龄组（中、小学生）监测12 345人,血清抗体阳性者287人,未查到血吸虫病人。检查流动人口28 766人,抗体阳性者417人,查获慢性血吸虫病人52例,其中虫卵阳性者6例。各地报告诊断病例281例,其中急性感染4例,（2004年1例,2005年3例）,均属输入性病例。检查耕牛9 064头,未发现血吸虫感染。结论目前广东省血吸虫病防治成果巩固,今后要重点加强输入性传染源和钉螺的监测。

Endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Guangdong Province from 2004 to 2009
