| 摘 要： | 寄生虫病防治策略之一是研制安全有效的疫苗,DNA疫苗是近10多年发展起来的新型疫苗。近年来寄生虫病DNA疫苗研究取得了很大进展。本文就DNA疫苗的免疫机理、构建与优化、佐剂、递送途径,以及疟疾、血吸虫病、囊尾蚴病、弓形虫病等重要寄生虫病DNA疫苗的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | One of the effective prevention and treatment strategies to parasitosis is to develop safe and effective vaccines. The DNA vaccine is a new kind of vaccine developed in last 10 years. In recent years, many advances in DNA vaccines against parasitosis have been made.
