| 摘 要： | 目的了解三苯双脒治疗钩虫感染的效果。方法以横断面调查中发现的钩虫感染者为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,分别给予三苯双脒和阿苯达唑治疗,观察两组钩虫感染转阴率及不良反应情况。结果共调查47例钩虫感染者,实验组23例,对照组24例。三苯双脒和阿苯达唑治疗钩虫感染转阴率分别为95.65%和95.83%,不良反应率分别为8.70%和8.33%,差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。结论三苯双脒治疗钩虫感染的疗效与阿苯达唑相仿。 |
