| 摘 要： | ８１例类风湿关节炎，１６６例其它风湿病患者和５６例正常人抗鼠食管角质层抗体检测结果；以角质层线性，板层状荧光沉着，滴度≥１：８０为阳性判断标准，ＡＫＡ在ＲＡ的阳性率为１９．８％，早期ＲＡ的ＡＫＡ检出率为２８．６％；ＡＫＡ阳性ＲＡ的ＲＦ阳性率和平均滴度明显高于ＡＫＡ阴性者。
