| 摘 要： | 干细胞治疗心肌坏死是一种新的很有前景的治疗手段,但其机制尚不十分清楚。我国目前临床研究发现干细胞移植可以明显改善急性心肌梗死及梗死后心衰心脏功能,但由于关于干细胞移植的安全性还没有定论,因此还需慎重对待。

| Abstract: | Stem cell therapy for myocardial repair after myocardial infarction is a new and promising treatment modality.But the mechanism is still not very clear.Currently,stem cells are used in clinical study to evaluate its beneficial effect on repairing infarcted/hibernating myocardium after myocardial infarction and heart failure.But there is no final conclusion on the safety of stem cell transplantation. |
