微波高温加放疗综合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效

目的：对43例中晚期非小细胞肺癌应用高温加放疗的近期疗效进行研究。方法：将43例随机分为高温加放疗组（治疗组）和单纯放疗组（对照组）进行对照观察。结果：全组病例中，治疗组完全缓解率26．1％，总有效率91．3％；对照组完全缓解为0，总有效率65％。治疗组无论从完全缓解，还是总有效率均高于单放组，两组对比有显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论：微波高温加放疗综合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌是疗效与安全性较高的治疗方法。

Study on Short-term Curative Effect of Microwave and High Temperature Synthetical Treatment with Radiotherapy in Mid and Late Stage NSCLC

Objective:To study the short - term curative effect of microware and high temperature synthetical treatment with radiotherapy in mid and late stage NSCLC. Methods:43 cases NSCLC were divided into synthetical treatment as test group and simple radiotherapy goup as control group to observe the short - term effect, Results: The comglete remission rate was 6.1% and effective rate was 91 .3% in test group,0 and 65% in control group.There was significant difference between test and control group as all data in test group was higher than in control group. Conclusion:The microwave and high temperature synthetical beatment with radotherapy in mid and late stage NSCLC could be more effective and safe.
