武钢第十二届妇女病普查情况分析

目的 :妇女病普查使妇女的两癌 (宫颈癌、乳腺癌 )、两病 (妇科疾病、乳腺疾病 )得以早期发现、早期治疗。亦是妇女保健的主要工作之一。方法 :对 1998～ 1999年第十二届武钢妇女病普查情况进行分析。结果 :本届普查 3430 2例中 ,查出各种妇科疾病 17种 ,患病人共 5 76 6例 ,查出子宫内膜癌 1例。其中以宫颈疾病和阴道疾病多见分别占患病构成比的 4 3 94 %和 2 9 12 % ,查出乳腺疾病 6 885例 ,其中 5例乳腺癌 ,患病率为 14 5 8/ 10万。结论 :宫颈糜烂患病率随年龄的增大而逐渐减少 ,乳腺癌患病率呈逐年上升趋势 ,妇女病普查是保障妇女健康的有效手段

Analysis of Wlsco''''s 12th Women Disease Survey

Objective Survey of women disease makes the two cancers (cervical cancer,breast cancer) and two diseases to be found in the early stage and be cured in the early stage.It is one of the main work of health concern for women.Methods To evaluate the 12 th survey result of WISCO's women disease from 1998-1999.Results 5 766 women patients with 17 various female diseases have been found in this survey and 1 patient with endometrial carcinoma among those.Most of the diseases are cervical diseases and vagina diseases,they account for 43 94% and 29 12% respectively.6 885 breast diseases have been found in the survey and 5 breast cancers among them,infestation rate is 14 58/10 5.Conclusions Infestation rate of cervical erosion comes down with the patients'age up;rate of breast cancer goes up on an annual basis.Women disease survey is an effective way for ensuring women's health.
