| 摘 要： | 本文拟定了一条新的1-环丙基氟吡酮酸类抗菌剂重要中间体1-环丙基-6-氟-7-氯吡酮-3-羧酸合成路线,进行了初步的研究。打通了路线,各步中间体由IR、~1HNMR鉴定了结构,为该类抗菌剂的合成提供了一条简捷的方法。

| Abstract: | In this study, a new synthetic route for producing ethyl 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-chloro-1,4-dihydro-4-Oxoquinolincarboxylate was designed and preliminarily discussed. With the structure of each intermediate determined by IR and ~1HNMR, a rapid, simple and convenient method was suggested for the synthesis of 1-cyclopropylfluoroquinolincarboxylic acid of synthetic antibiotics. |
