摘    要:目的:研究不同干燥方法对葡萄籽提取物(grape seed extract,GSE)生物活性的影响。方法:筛选新疆某葡萄酒厂酒渣中的葡萄籽,用石油醚完全脱脂后,乙醇回流提取,提取液减压浓缩,分别采用喷雾干燥和自然干燥两种方法干燥得浸膏粉。比较两种干燥方法所的浸膏粉的抗氧化活性,包括还原能力、清除1,1-联苯-β-苦基偕腙肼(DPPH)自由基和羟自由基能力。结果:两种方法制得的浸膏的活性差异很小。结论:喷雾干燥法是一种对葡萄籽提取物抗氧化活性影响很小的干燥方法,可用于工业生产。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of spray drying on the antioxidation of grape seed extract.Methods:Screening the grape seed from the dregs of a winery in Xinjiang,after defating completely by DAB-6,refluxing extract by EtOH,decompressed concentration,extracta siccas powder was made by two kind of drying methods.Compare the antioxidation of the two extracta siccas powder including reduction ability,scavenging activity on DPPH and hydroxyl radical.Results:It showed that difference of antioxidation between these two kinds of extract siccas powder makes no statistical meaning.Conclusion:These results suggested that drying spray has no influence on the antioxidation of grape seed extract,so it can be used in industrial production.
