| 摘 要： | 为验证脑动脉硬化症计算诊断判别函数式的可重复性。我们在福建中医学院附属第二人民医院老年病科进行了双盲前瞻性检验，把前瞻性检验结果与脑动脉硬化症计量诊断判别函数式诊断结果进行对比评价，结果显示该函数式的诊断效能有比较好的可重复性，其灵敏度、特异度、误诊率和漏诊率都处于相似水平（P〉0．05）。

| Abstract: | To validate the repeatability of discriminant function formula(DFF) of cerebral arteriosclerosis(CAS),a randomized double blind prospective study was proceeded in gereology department of The Second Affiliated Hospital,Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Comparative evaluation was made between the results of prospective study and retrospective study.The result indicated that the equations had strongle reliability,the sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate between gold diagnosis and the diagnosis of DFF were similar(P>0.05). |
