乡镇企业职业卫牛工作状况调查分析

目的：通过调查某辖区乡镇企业职业卫生工作现状及存在问题，探索乡镇企业职业卫生管理工作模式。方法：2007年8月至2008年12月对辖区内188家乡镇企业采用现场检查、现场询问、填写调查表的方式进行职业危害因素的调查分析。结果：188家乡镇企业共有职工6621人，其中接触职业危害因素者4674人。职业危害因素主要有粉尘、噪音、有毒气体、高温、苯、二甲苯、甲醛等，职业危害项目申报率及职业卫生档案建档数均为零。结论：辖区乡镇企业应加大《职业病防治法》的宣传教育，发展区（县）、（街办）乡、村三级监督网络，多部门配合加大监管力度，采取有效措施，保护劳动者健康，促进乡镇企业职业卫生工作发展。

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Occupational Health Work in Township Enterprises

Objective： To explore the mode of occupational health management work in township enterprises through investigating the current situation and the problems of occupational health work in the area township enterprises. Methods： One hundred and eighty-eight area township enterprises were investigated and analyzed the factors of occupational hazards from August 2007 to December 2008 by site inspection, field inquiry and filling the questionnaire. Results： There were 4 674 workers exposed to occupational hazards among 6 621 workers in 188 township enterprises. The factors of occupational hazards were mainly dust, noises,toxic gases, high temperature,benzene, xylene, formaldehyde and so on. The reporting rate of occupational hazard program was 0 and the number of occupational health file archiving was 0. Conclusion ：The area township enterprises should enhance the publicity and education for ＂ Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Law＂ ,develop area （county） , （subdistrict） township and village three levels monitoring net-work, enforce the supervision of multi-sectoral cooperation, adopt effective measurses, safeguard the labourers＂ health and improve the development of occupational health work in township enterprises.
