| 摘 要： | 目的 了解心理干预对 2型糖尿病 (ⅡDM)合并抑郁、焦虑症状的影响。方法 应用Zung氏抑郁、焦虑自评量表 (SDS、SAS)对 5 6例ⅡDH患者进行测评 ,对其进行 4个月的心理干预后再行测评。结果 ⅡDM患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑症状 ,与国内常模相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;经心理干预后 ,抑郁、焦虑症状明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ⅡDM患者常伴有明显的抑郁、焦虑症状 ,心理干预可明显改善此症状

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effect of psychological intervention on type2 diabetes patients complicated with depression and anxiety.Method Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were administered to 56 patients with type2 diabetes, and the patients were rated again after receiving psychological intervention 4 months.Results Type2 diabetes patients had marked depression-anxiety symptoms(P<0 05),and it was improved to 56 patients with type2 diabetes, and the patients were rated again, and it was improved remark ably after psychological intervention (P<0 05).Conclusions Type2 diabetes patients had marked depression-anxiety symptoms. Psychological intervention had can remarkable improve depressive and anxious symptoms. |
