舒适护理在老年性哮喘中的应用

目的:探讨舒适护理在老年性哮喘中的应用及效果.方法:将我院自2009年8月至2010年8月期间收治的100例支气管哮喘的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果:观察组在生理、心理、社会、灵魂舒适的满意度方面显著高于对照组,P<0.05.且观察组在治疗依从性、护理满意度及1年内复发率显著优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:舒适护理体现人文关怀的理念,有利于老年哮喘患者的舒适度和满意率,预防复发,值得临床推广.

Comfortable Nursing Care in Senile Asthma

Objective:To discuss the effect and application of comfortable nursing care in Senile Asthma.Methods:In our hospital from 2009 August to 2010 August,a total of 100 cases of bronchial asthma in elderly patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group with routine nursing,the observation group received comfort nursing,comparing the two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results:The observation group in the physiological,psychological,social,soul comfort satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05.And in the observation group treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and recurrence within 1 years was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can show the humanistic idea,in favor of asthma in the elderly patient comfort and satisfaction rate,relapse prevention,worthy of clinical application.
