脑梗死患者的护理干预体会

目的 分析研究护理干预对脑梗死后患者整体功能康复和生活质量的影响.方法 回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年1月我院收治的85例脑梗死患者的临床护理资料,所有患者均在精心治疗的基础上,采用心理护理、饮食指导、健康教育及康复训练等护理干预措施,观察评价患者临床疗效.结果 85例患者经以上治疗及护理后均治愈或好转出院,总有效率为94.12%,无一例患者出现恶化或死亡.结论 护理干预具有促进患者整体功能康复,提高生活质量的作用,且可以明显降低老年脑梗死患者的并发症发生率和缩短住院时间.

Nursing intervention experience in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction methods to improve therapeutic effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 85 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,and given the nursing intervention measures of psychological care,food guidance,health education and rehabilitation training in the basis of careful treatment. The effect was evaluated. Results 85 patients over the treatment and nursing were cured or improved after hospital discharge with the efficient rate of 94. 12% ,and no case was pejorative or death. Conclusion Cerebral infarction with early implementation treatment at the same time,and giving the nursing intervention system,can improve the clinical cure rate and the quality of life of the patients.
